The conference has five themes, namely: 4D training and observation, store inspection and publicity, diet and nutrition training, fire safety training, fire drill and escape drill.


                                                                                  

This conference added 4D kitchen scene observation and learning, so that everyone can experience and learn more intuitively by visiting 4D kitchen scene. The meeting learned the principles, skills and methods of nutrition catering, aiming to improve the dietary nutrition knowledge of participants; Fire safety knowledge training, evacuation drill and fire fighting drill were carried out, which not only enhanced fire safety in theory, but also enhanced practical operation skills from practice.

4D training and observation

Special training on diet and nutrition




Reasonable arrangement of balanced diet and scientific intake of nutrition can effectively prevent diet related diseases and maintain health. Therefore, the study of dietary nutrition professional knowledge is particularly important.


                                                                                

We invited Mr. Yu Jinfu, Secretary General of Fujian dietitian Association and deputy director of cross strait nutrition and health Cultural Exchange Institute, to conduct special dietary nutrition training for this conference. Miss Yu is giving a lecture“ Principles, skills and methods of nutrition catering ”This paper analyzes the case of students' nutrition meal and enterprise employees' meal, and instills a full of dietary nutrition knowledge for everyone.


04   Fire safety training




Fire safety is as important as food safety. Regular fire safety training and drills are the meeting regulations that peilang has always made.


                                                                           

In this safety training, Mr. Yuan, who has been engaged in fire protection for 9 years, gave a lecture on "paying attention to fire protection and putting life first". He transmitted the importance of "safety" to everyone through video cases, guided the on-site personnel to carry out evacuation drills, and taught everyone how to use fire blanket and firearm correctly.

                                                                           


The participants were deeply inspired and deeply realized the importance of fire safety. They not only learned and mastered fire safety knowledge, but also made correct response to fire accidents, which played a positive role in catering fire safety.

Store inspection publicity



General manager Xu publicized the inspection of stores in the first quarter of 2021, pointed out the problems existing in the inspection of restaurants, and emphasized the importance of food production safety.
